Adinfern Estate keeps all personal information i.e. your name and contact information on file but it is only accessible to designated Adinfern Estate employees.
We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations). We are unable to supply minors (under the age of 18).
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees or our agents in circumstances where:
- there is no breach of duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;
- such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
- any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions; or
- such loss or damage relates to any business or non-consumer loss or damage including, without limitation lost data, lost profits and business interruptions.
Adinfern Estate provides free freight on cases of twelve bottles of wine, unless otherwise advertised.
Liquor laws do not allow us to leave wine at an unattended address. All deliveries must be signed for by a person aged 18 years or over. Should there be no one at the designated address at the time of delivery, your wine will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office for your collection. Any instructions to leave wine at an unattended address can not be followed. We trust that you understand and accept this requirement.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason. Any abusive language directed at our Customer Service Representatives will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of your membership with Adinfern Estate.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions are declared void for unfairness pursuant to the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, the remaining contract shall only continue to bind the parties if it is capable of continuing in existence without the unfair terms.
These Terms and Conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details. To protect your own interests, please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. If you are uncertain as to your rights or want any explanation about our terms and conditions please write to us at the address provided.
If an error is discovered in the price of the item(s) you have ordered, we will inform you and issue a full refund as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for an item which was advertised at an incorrect price, if the item(s) has been charged and not despatched we will cancel and refund your order.
All prices listed in our shopping cart are for purchases in cases of twelve bottles only (mixed cases are welcome) and unless otherwise noted, include freight, packaging and insurance to anywhere in Australia. Excepting special packages offered from time to time, all online orders must be placed in multiples of 12 bottles (mixed or straight varieties). In the event that any orders received are not in multiples of 12 bottles, we will endeavour to contact the customer to either refund or make alternative arrangements. Adinfern Estate dispatches wine three times a week – Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within three working days, however due to increase in order volumes around Christmas, and during sales, we may not always be able to meet these deadlines. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.
All designs, graphics and other artwork (including the selection and arrangement of text and graphics) is and remains the copyright of Palinda Natural Essence Pty Ltd trading as Adinfern Estate, although permission is granted to you to electronically copy and hard-copy print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order, reading the terms and conditions with more ease or using this website for your shopping. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
Palinda Natural Essence Pty Ltd are the exclusive owners of the Adinfern Estate, Shepherds Harmony, White Forte and Ruby Forte trademarks. No permission is given in respect of the use of any brand names, product names, trademarks or their respective owners, and such use may constitute infringement of their owner’s rights.
Adinfern Estate reserves the right to cancel (and refund any part cash paid) any transaction which may contain a voucher/promotional code.
Adinfern Estate Gold Wine Club Terms & Conditions
By joining the Adinfern Estate Gold Wine Club, you are agreeing:
- to receive one case of pre-selected Adinfern Estate wine – the initial selection chosen by you at the time of joining and updated by you as you choose over time – at a price of $200 including freight to anywhere in Australia;
- to receive a second case of pre-selected Adinfern Estate wine – either a repeat order of your initial selection, or an altered selection provided by yourself to our Membership team – no later than six months after your first case of wine at a price of $200 including freight to anywhere in Australia;
- to remain a member of the Adinfern Estate Gold Wine Club for a minimum period of 12 months. At the end of your 12 month membership, we reserve the right to review the pricing of your membership and advise you by email of such changes. Should we not hear from you advising otherwise, we will continue to send your selection every six months.
Dispatch of members wines:
This special case price is offered to Adinfern Estate Gold Wine Club Members on the basis that this is an automated delivery service. We will contact you no later than two weeks before your next shipment is due, asking if you would like to alter your order. If we do not hear from you, the same selection will be sent to you.
You may contact our Membership Manager at any time to alter your selection or delivery details, however we request that you utilise our automated service, and make your selection via our website.
Adinfern Estate understands that occasionally you may wish to rearrange your delivery around a period in which you may not be home (eg. a holiday). Adinfern Estate can offer you the option of:
a) forwarding your delivery on to another one-off address for you; or
b) altering the dates for your delivery so the wine arrives either prior to your departure or after your return. Please contact us by email to make this arrangement, or utilise our automated service via our website.
Cancellation of your wine delivery forfeits the entitlements of the Adinfern Estate Gold Wine Club. A declined automated credit card transaction will result in immediate cancellation of your Adinfern Estate Gold Wine Club Membership.
Adinfern Estate will not accept the return of wines or approve a refund on wines already dispatched.
In the occasional event where a wine is out of stock or unavailable at the time of your Wine Club delivery, Adinfern Estate will endeavour to contact you to arrange an alternative wine, or to approve a delay in shipment.
All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt by a person over the age of 18 years. Liquor Laws do not allow wine to be left at an unattended address. Please arrange for delivery to an attended address or the wine will be onforwarded to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection. We recommend wine being sent to a PO Box or place of work.
